How many tea party groups have been denied tax exempt status by the irs?

What I find interesting is that the law states that these "social welfare" groups cannot participate in ANY political activity. Yet the IRS interprets this restriction as "cannot spend MOST of it's focus on political activity." By law, none of these groups, conservative or liberal, should have been approved as tax-exempt social welfare organizations.

I would rather see the IRS enforce the laws as written.

Your just assuming that every single group with tea party in its name, is engaged in political activity did it hurt them, of course, for two years no group with tea party or patriot in its name, was given tax exempt status by the IRS.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
