Cleavage after breast augmentation really depends upon several factors. The first factor is the distance between a woman's breast folds (intersternal distance). The further apart they are, the further the muscle is inserting into the ribcage or along the sternal border and the further the muscle attaches to the chest wall, up and down or side to side, the less cleavage the woman is going to have.
It is very important that board-certified plastic surgeons not completely release the muscle when we dissect underneath it. This allows for good coverage of the implant along the middle of your chest, and helps prevent rippling and/or visibility of the implant bag. The wider the implant, the more cleavage the woman will probably have if a pocket is made correctly and not open too far on the side.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
