How much faster is 4G wireless compared to 3G?

If we're going to answer your question without beating around the bush, 4G is faster than 3G. Speed varies though depending on location and the network carrier. As of today, 4G isn't perfect yet.

There are still factors to improve. Maybe give it a few more years, it will be a lot faster than it is today. As of now, there's just small difference between 4G and 3G speeds.4G Objectives: * Flexible channel bandwidth, between 5 and 20 MHz, optionally up to 40 MHz.

* A nominal data rate of 100 Mbit/s while the client physically moves at high speeds relative to the station, and 1 Gbit/s while client and station are in relatively fixed positions as defined by the ITU-R, * A data rate of at least 100 Mbit/s between any two points in the world, * Peak link spectral efficiency of 15 bit/s/Hz in the downlink, and 6.75 bit/s/Hz in the uplink (meaning that 1 Gbit/s in the downlink should be possible over less than 67 MHz bandwidth) * System spectral efficiency of up to 3 bit/s/Hz/cell in the downlink and 2.25 bit/s/Hz/cell for indoor usage. * Smooth handoff across heterogeneous networks * Seamless connectivity and global roaming across multiple networks * gh quality of service for next generation multimedia support (real time audio, high speed data, HDTV video content, mobile TV, etc. ) * Interoperability with existing wireless standards, and * An all IP, packet switched network. * Femtocells (home nodes connected to fixed Internet broadband infrastructure) -(*from Wikipedia) Right now, the target transfer rate for 4G is 100 mbps (megabits per second) while it is at 128-144 kbps (kilobits per second) or for devices that are slow, speed is at 384 kbps for 3G.

Like what I've said, this speed depends on the location plus your network as well. Another thing, 4G is still on development so this target speed isn't reached yet. 4G wireless is the new and much improved version of 3G wireless, in the sense that both of them are designed to enable users to access all the services that is offered on the internet through his or her mobile device. As earlier mentioned, 4G is the next generation in wireless technology since there is an additional capabilities that are present suc as IP telephony, faster internet speeds, online gaming, video streaming, including movies and music videos. In terms of network support, 4G is said to be fully capable of integrating multimedia gamin, in addition to regular calls and internet access.

With regards to bandwidth, both wireless platforms bandwidth is at the same range which is from 5 MHz to 20 MHz. The main difference is the transfer rate, which is pegged at 2 Mbps for 3G, whereas it is 100 Mbps for 4G.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
