Should be talking to your babies pediatrician about this. They should be having checkups at 2 weeks, 1 months, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, then at least each year after that for weight/height/head circumference checks (under- or over-eating) so they can plot it on a growth chart. I they don't get what they need their height and weight will drop first.
