Yes you can exchange your rupees to Baht in Thailand. But only in tourist areas like at the airport, in Bangkok or a large tourist area where Indians visit. You can not exchange them in rural areas of Thailand however.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
