There are actually two types of car taxes: 1. The sales tax one pays when the vehicle is initially purchased (one payment, ouch, if it is a new vehicle, lol). 2.
The so called "Excise Tax" which must be paid annually. It is issued by your municipality once a year, and it is based on the appraised value of your vehicle. It decreases yearly as the value of the vehicle decreases.
However, once it reaches a determined minimum value, it remains constant for the life of the vehicle (I believe around $40 or so). I believed it is used by one's municipality for local road maintenance.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
