You and I use different dictionaries. I am a conservative because I used different definitions than you did to formulate my value system. To me, God is a reality.
Because only God could have created life; and the second law of thermodynamics (entropy) proves it. To you, God is a fairy tale. And life was created by random chance meeting of molecules To me, Global warming is a myth.
To you, it's a life and death matter To me Marijuana is a dangerous drug. To you, it's just like Alcohol and should be legal To me a fetus is a premature baby, To you, a fetus is a clump of cells. To me Social Security is a Ponzi Scheme stops personal saving limits wealth, and is rapidly bankrupting the nation.
To you, Social Security saves old people from poverty. To me Obama care is costing a fortune, it has ruined my medical coverage I have lost both hospital and doctor. To you it's "free" medical care for those who can't afford it.
(BTW now I can't afford it and it's not free) You believe in evolution. I believe in the very real science of intelligent design theory And so it goes. We each use our own dictionary and think the language of the other is babble.
To me, the long range results of liberal policies are disasters. Republicans are the only chance of maintaining a moral hold on American values. To you, we just have to work harder and implement more liberal ideas.
And Republicans are ruining the nation. To me, All data (whether it be sociology, biology, ethics, scientific, ect.) points to conservative ideals as the correct / more helpful ideas.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
