How much training is involved in being a poker dealer at a casino?

This is an overview of a poker dealer program aimed at teaching students the methods, techniques, and mannerisms needed to gain employment in the casino industry. This is an online course program which is in English language, takes about 100 hours or 6 months duration. The prerequisites are that students who want to take this course should enjoy card games and games of chance.

One should be motivated and personable as well as have a strong desire to succeed. The students are given the responsibility to view online instructional videos and recordings and submit these video that demonstrate proper game techniques and protocols.. There will be a two written examinations, a midterm and a final that will be given throughout the Casino poker dealer course.
