Depends on her metabolism, excersize and lifestyle. Lets say she was working out constantly and eating said amount. She could lose around 30lbs in one week!(that is if she is always passing out).

You start loosing muscle, which makes you smaller, but you keep your body fat for a while, until your body eats away at all your muscle and moves on to your fat.
