Yes you can. Many people will say it's unhealthy and if you're carrying around extra weight it's much unhealthier. You should lift weights to maintain and build muscle and yes you can build muscle and burn fat while burning excess calories.
Drink tons of water too. You won't get that flabby looking skin if you drink lots of water. There is a girl on youtube her name is something like tearsonmypillow or nomoretears87.
I can't remember it but she ate very low calorie and lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks and she wasn't flabby. It can be done just stick to it. There is a diet that I did that was 500 calories and I lost about 30lbs in 6 weeks with no problems at all, but then I went on a break.
I didn't exercise at all.
Probably an unhealthy amount. I'd aim for around 1000-1300 calories a day and do some form of exercise 3-5 times a week to lose a healthy amount of weight in that amount of time. And maybe substitute a meal with a Luna protein bar every day?
They're packed with vitamins, only about 180 calories, and they have protein to keep you fuller longer. They work pretty well for me. I just wouldn't go to drastic measures, and you'll probably be fine.
Best of luck. :).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
