A simple routine at home will help to keep you teeth and gums healthy, then when you visit the dentist for a check up, which should be around every six months, you will probably only need a scale and polish. Brush your teeth three times a day, most importantly last thing at night, so that any bits of food are removed from around your teeth and they cannot degrade over night. If your teeth are not clean while you are sleeping, these bits can start tooth decay.
Use an electric tooth brush, they do a far better job at cleaning your teeth than an ordinary manual one ever can. They are also less boring to use! Dental floss used every day will remove bits of food from between your teeth.
Use hydrogen peroxide to sterilize your toothbrush every couple of days, it kills all the germs. It also makes a very good mouthwash, it foams around your gum line and will kill any bacteria that can cause gum disease. Hydrogen peroxide will also help keep your teeth white.
You can buy it from any pharmacy. Rinse your mouth with water after wards, or follow with one of the commercial minty mouthwashes if you prefer. I hope this helps.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
