How should I deal with frustration when caring for my bipolar partner?

Bipolar disorder is an illness with specific symptoms. When you create a treatment plan that helps your partner take charge of their major symptoms, you may see a significant change in their behavior. Getting frustrated is totally normal, but it will not help you or your partner.

Feel the frustration and then use that energy to create a plan for their recovery. Action is the best way to deal with frustration. It's okay and normal that you feel it, but something has to change if you want it to go away.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
