How can I deal with loneliness when caring for my bipolar partner?

Loneliness is one of the hardest emotions to face when your partner with bipolar disorder is ill. It can combine with sadness to make you feel depressed. It may seem impossible to find hope when the person you love is so ill.

You just have to keep going and moving forward. You also may have to look for more friendship from friends and family. If you are used to being with your partner all of the time and are then very lonely when they withdraw from you, it is up to you to find support elsewhere.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
