How to add a picture on a picture,,? for example I want to crop my self out and put it in a nice background for my frind?

First go to paint application. Then open the image you would like to crop. Crop it and press ctrl+x while selected.

Then open the next photo and press ctrl+v to put the crop onto the picture and drag it as per convinience.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
