How to apply Shimmer powder?

Apply only where sunlight would highlight your face. So a little across the tops of your cheeks...under your brow bone...near your hairline. Nose and chin.

Just don't go crazy with it. A little will go along way. You don't want to look like you've rolled in glitter.

I would use a medium-hard brush to stipple it onto the skin starting from the t-zone working outwards, then sweep the excess away. Hope this was helpful Stay Beautiful.

After moisturizer and foundation, use a good LOOSE powder -- such as coty. Get the scented -- not the fragrance-free. You'll fall in love with the scent.

Dip your biggest blusher brush into the powder, dust your face gently all over. Use a cotton puff to take off the extra. Perfect finish.

For best hygiene, don't dip the brush directly into the coty box. Remove enough powder for a month's worth of application into a container such as a pretty ceramic cup or small ramekin. This powder is very affordable and is the most perfect i've found.

Definetly use a brush! Hygenically it is much cleaner than using a puff or pad applicator. It also allows for a more even distribution of the powder.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
