Many of the sporting breeds might meet your exercise needs but these are two of the most trainable & best with other dogs. Poodles or poodle mixes might also work, but again, have a host of health issues too.

You are a child and can't own, adopt or buy a dog and since you are a child your parents will get the dog THEY want no matter what you want since you can't own it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
