As long as there is power service coming to the home, e.g. The convenience outlets in the house are "live", all you have to do is to plug in an appliance, e.g. A microwave oven, a computer, etc., then switch it on. Electric current will immediately flow. A defective cord could however prevent electrical current from flowing.
Thus if the appliance does not function after its cord has been plugged and its switch turned on, the first thing to check could be the cord: check for any discontinuity in the cord. If you're not well-versed with repairing electrical equipment, it would be best to have a qualified technician to do the job for you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
