You need to run an aspect of windows called... bcdedit -deletvalue loadoptions in a command windopw w/ admin privlvedges. I would double check the switches to this if I were you as I havne't run bcdedit for quite some time and it's really a pain in the butt...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
