How to make negative exponents into positive exponents?

I agree with the first answer. If you know that raising a number to a positive exponent ends up moving the decimal place to the right (making a bigger number), then a negative exponent moves the decimal to the left, making a smaller number. Dividing also makes this number smaller, that's why x^-2 is the same as 1/x^2.

Try it with actual numbers and you will see how it works. More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
