How to overcome JpCap issue?

First you need to use the Java 32-bit version. Install it and then copy the jpcap dll into the bin folder. And copy the jpcap jar into the lib/ext folder.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
