I just use coupons whenever available , but in order to get maximum benefit , I prefer to use coupons having discounts on all orders of Wal-Mart. Other than these, Wal-Mart offers special promotions; sales, in-store offers, contests that really good for savings. The secret is to keep update about new promotions from Wal-mart and in order to get exclusive offers, show your loyalty with Wal-Mart.Thanks.

Here is my secret, I go through this list (and other store lists as well) and create my plans for the food and household goods for the next 2 weeks. It is at couponmom.com. You go to the section for Grocery Deals by State and there is a Walmart link there as well as some other national stores.

Buy items in bulk, particularly if they are on sale, and you know you would buy them often anyway. Any discount coupons? Use them when buying in bulk for greater savings, such as a dozen.

Keep track of what is on sale, and bulk up.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
