Sure. Replace them with something else. Agree to have a soda but the next beverage has to be something else...ice water with lemon, lemonade, anything but soda.
If you just cut back on soda but don t replace it, you will feel deprived and thirsty.
Don't know what to suggest. If you want to stop drinking soda, just stop ordering it, stop buying it at the store to keep in the fridge. Drink water at meals or in between or whenever you normally order soda.
At some point the only solution is just to make the choice to stop. You slowed down from 6 cans already. So commit to cutting it out entirely.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
