Theres a law called doctor/patient confidentiality theres severe consequences if she tells anyone. The only reason she can say something is if your suicidal or homicidal or a danger to others.
Well, therapists are supposed to know everything about you, so they can help you. If she's a qualified professional, part of her qualification is that everything you tell her is confidential. Maybe ask her and make sure everything that you talk about isn't discussed with anyone else?
If she says so, or you already know, go for it :) I told my counsellor that I was bisexual and no one found out.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
