Can I tell my therapist not to tell my parents something?

1. If you are seriously planning on it, it's too late now because you posted this, and Big Brother is watching. 2.

For most therapists (including mine) they will tell authorities if you say will hurt someone. BUT you can hypothetically ask "If I were to tell you that I wanted to kill someone, would you be obligated to tell the police?" and if he says no, then it would be a good idea to tell him, so he can help you or whatever.

Maybe don't go into detail about the plans and such as long as you make sure not to go through with any murder. However, you should DEFINITELY confess to the feelings. I can understand the feeling, but it still isn't healthy.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
