Yes. The files simply a matter of copying/cutting/moving them from 1 to the other. The operating system on the other hand would of course have to be installed onto the other drive.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
