How to turn the collar of a blue shirt white?

Find a friend who sews or hire a tailor and have the blue replaced or covered with white. Bleaching will not be a good choice. Bleach will not necessarily turn the blue white and because bleach is wet, it will not stop bleaching where the collar ends and the rest of the shirt begins.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
