Try going to sleep earlier at night. When you are better rested, you will be more inclined to get up easily in the morning. You just have to get used to doing so.

Your body clock will do this for you just tell yourself before going to bed that you need to wake up at so and so time for few days put an alarm that will ring 3 times ,gradually you will get accustomed .

Step out of your comfort zone - maybe keep the alarm away from your bed.

If you get up in the middle of the night, turn off thoughts the best you can. Save worries and other things for the morning.

Go to bed earlier, this makes it easier to get up and also improves brain and muscle function throughout the day.

How early I wake up seems to depend, in no small degree, on how easily I go to sleep and how well I sleep. So, I pay attention to my body and my state of mind when I lay down. If I'm thinking too much and can't let go of the day, I do some deep breathing and/or meditation to slow things down and stop the mind.

If my body is in any kind of pain, I address it. For example, if I notice I have tense shoulder muscles from typing too much, I get up from the bed, do some stretches, drink some alkaline water and/or take an anti-inflammatory. Then, as I'm drifting off to sleep, I see myself waking up at the appointed hour, feeling refreshed and alert.

COFFEE, COFFEE AND MORE COFFEE. I also find that writing before I am fully awak helps me to get more out of my feelings as my eyes open.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
