How/where to complain about NYS used car dealers?

Free flowing exhaust is generally a performance (mainly power) improvement for an engine. The trade-off is free flowing generally means louder. However, the tuner-nerd crowd (a lot of small engine imports) aim less for performance improvement and more for just loudness.

For a lot of people, attention is hard to come by, especially positive attention -- so they settle for negative. Loud music, loud cars, whatever they can come up with to say HEY! LOOK AT ME!

They run the loud base to prove that they are a&&holes. They run loud exhausts to prevent restriction to the exhaust gases so that more air and fuel can be put into the engine.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
