How will cyclists and pedestrians get between the East and West Spans?

When the pathway reaches Yerba Buena Island (YBI), path users will follow a pathway along Treasure Island Road to connect to the other span. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
