Seems clear to me...stricter gun ownership rules; maybe a cap on the number that can be owned. After all, just how many guns does one need to defend oneself?
France had not had a mass shooting (they call them rampage shootings) since 2002. America has one every day. To get the weapons used in France, the attackers had to buy from smugglers and rob a French military arsenal.
To get the weapons used in San Bernadino, they probably has to drive to Arizona. See the difference?
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
