To the idiot who thumbed this down, look at the Gastroparesis link, early satiety is a symptom, eating disorders aren't all psychological and the glycemic index can't save the world. I'm sure there are other medical conditions that also results in early satiety.
You at least need to eat something. Try a fruit and a piece of toast. If you're really not hungry, it's okay if you don't eat a whole lot, but breakfast does get your metabolism going for the day and it is neccessary.
Plus if your body gets used to eating breakfast, you might end up getting more hungry in the morning.
Doesn't sound like a medical condition. Are you eating well balanced meals? Eat foods that have a low glycemic index score, they metabolize slowly and help you feel satiated.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
