You did not mention your age. If you are in your teens, a big appetite is normal and as long as you are getting plenty of exercise and not gaining weight, you probably don't need to worry unless you're purging. (If you don't know what that is, you most likely aren't.) Try to eat foods that are good for you and avoid fatty foods.
Even young people can begin to develop heart and vascular problems from fatty diets If you are an adult (not growing), not hungry, and still feel a compulsion to eat, it is possibly an indication of an emotional disorder of some kind that you subconsciously believe will be satisfied by eating. Please see a counselor or mental health professional Alot of tme this happens with people who are stressed, which is understandable. Next time yo feel like reaching for a bag of chips, try an apple.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
