I'm not sure how you deleted your recycle bin, but I recommend you follow the instructions found here: support.microsoft.com/kb/810869 . Just remember that if the website recommends that you manually edit the Windows registry (I recommend you use the fix it automatically tool), make sure that you back up your data and your registry (CCleaner, found here: download.cnet.com/ccleaner/?tag=mncol can do it if you select the fix registry tool, it may even fix your recycle bin for you, but I have not tested this. ) before you make any changes.
