I was exactly that height and weight a few months ago. I gained 10 pounds in no time. It wasn't through working out.
I'm just less active than before and started eating more. However, whatever you gain can be converted to muscle. I was that skinny because I only ate when my mom cooked stuff.
After I started eating at restaurants (fast food) more often, food just became more accessible and so I'm never hungry for too long. So, frequency of eating will pack on the pounds in a way one of those expensive protein supplements never could... I actually wanted to stay at 135. My younger bro is taller than me but I outweigh him by a couple pounds.
I'm at 146ish now, just by eating more often. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
