I am a socially awkward 22 year old girl/woman with mild autism. Can I still be as good and worthy as?

Sorry to hear this. For the longest time I didn't feel I had real friends. I was in the same place you are for several years, much for the same reasons: my family moved and my first friends in my life, I had to leave(hadn't heard from them since years ago).

Up until about my junior year in high school, I didn't have anyone. At this point, I had gone through several suicide attempts, years of bullying, sexual and physical abuse. My self-esteem was destroyed, and I was incapable of speaking to people and conversing the way most could, since I decided to mute myself for a year(as a response to the bullying since my thought process was that if I said nothing, they would have no material to poke fun of).

I developed Social Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and to an extent, Depersonalization Disorder, possibly from the above things I went through. Anyways, I finally made two of my closest friends I have now. I'm into my second year in college, and even more recently made several other friends here, while still keeping in touch with the two I made in high school.

You can find someone to befriend, I'm sure. There are bound to be other people who are "loners" and I'm sure they would be grateful to have you as a friend if you did. If you'd like a penpal, and don't mind long-distance friendship, I am quite open to making a new friend.

Just click on my picture or my name and then "email" if you'd like a friend ^.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
