First I would have to say that some people confuse Mahalo pages with the actual organization or person pages. So if you need a representative from the NAACP to contact you, then you need to contact their website at naacp.org/home/index.htm As for my advice, and keep in mind that I am not an attorney nor do I work for one or represent one, I would ask them how you go about getting copies of all the fines and tickets that they supposedly issued against you. If they have done this, then there has to be records.
You may have to pay for these copies but you need to have them, I think, in order to make any kind of case. You need to establish a timeline of events if it can be recreated through documents. If they can't produce these documents then perhaps you can find an attorney that might work for you pending the outcome of the case.
Some attorneys will give you a free consultation or at least tell you whether they think you have a case or not. Attorneys in the area would also know if this is an isolated case or if there are others that have had problems in the past as well. However, if there is paperwork that you may have signed, regardless of if you understood what you were signing, I believe you are responsible unless you can prove that you were coerced or incompetent at the time you signed the documents.
Sadly, anything you sign becomes legally binding. If you didn't understand then it would have been best not to sign. If he signed your name then it's easy enough to prove by doing a handwriting analysis by a qualified professional.
Best of luck to you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
