There will not be any with no waiting list. You apply for them with the housing authority. You are only allowed to apply in up to two.

You can apply in the county you presently reside in and the one you work in. Most have a 2-5 year wait at this point in time. The only people who get their utilities paid are those with mental disabilities.

Simply, you don't. I know of no areas these days without waiting lists for low income housing or vouchers. With the economy struggling, I don't expect that to change for quite some time.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
