You will. You may qualify for a 4th tier, if you happen to be in a state that has an unemployment rate of over 8.4%. I think Tier 2 is 20 weeks and T3 is 13 weeks.

There's talk in congress, of extending it through the end of the year for everyone. HR 4213 is the bill that they are currently planning to vote on this week.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
