I am facing a hostile work environment while working at a prison?

You say it's difficult for you to deal with a hostile work enviroment but you work for the prison system. I'm confused because not many jobs have a more hostile work enviroment so why would you even work there to begin with. Suing a company because you did something that wasn't part of your job description is kind of silly to me.

Sorry to sound rude but perhaps you should get a new carreer and drop the lawsuit.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
