I am falling in love with Indian food. What recipes would be good for someone with modest cooking experience?

Wow! I love exploring new tastes. As an Asian myself, I already have tasted some of the variations of these Indian recipes.

For the main dish, I can recommend to you the Chicken Curry, for the side dish, the Mango-Pineapple Chutney and for the dessert, the Bebinca. Here in the Philippines, we also have the chicken curry. Though I love spices, I don't put too much of it because it would make the food smell so strong. I haven't tasted the Mango-Pineapple Chutney but this sounds yummy, easy to prepare and the ingredients are easily found.

For the Bebinca, we also have our own Filipino "bibingka" and it's simpler to make and lesser ingredients, too. Since you're asking for Indian foods, here are some recipes you'd like to try cooking at home. Indian Chicken Curry

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
