I am having trouble uploading short 1.5 to 3 minute videos to youtube. What is the best free software to use with a microsoft lifecam?

The problem is your connection. Movie maker will allow you to save the movie in many format, try saving it in lower quality and hence smaller file size to see if that helps with the upload. But the real issue appears to be that your connection is somewhat flaky, smaller file sizes mean shorter uploads though.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
