I have never heard of a bank that does that to an established business. Usually after a week or two, they stop the holds - and three weeks is a really long time. Most banks only hold checks on a new account for ten days.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
