I am looking for a mid-late 80s book, don't have author or title. Came out approx. Same time as demille's charm school The book is a bout a young boy named thomas who's father had been an accountant and stole several hundred millions of dollars worth of german nazi $.

The book had an old car a hispano suiza, and thomas' many pairs of espardilles. He had a sharpshooter always looking out for him and the story revolved around people trying to find where and how much thomas the elder had stolen. This book came out at approximately the same time as nelson demille's charm school.

If anyone can tell me the authors name or book's name I would REALLY REALLY be greatful. THANKS IN ADVANCE! At the end of the book, he says the exact sum of money stolen was something like 768 million dollars or something to that effect.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
