I used Shazam on my iPhone to identify the song and it came up as Stoop Rap (Rodney Cee & Kk Rockwell) Double Trouble.
Beats International did another song called "Won't Talk About It" with Norman Cook.... the sampling of Double Troubles work is at minute mark 2:30 (I believe the original Beats International version came out in '86 with the Norman Cook version coming out in '90) youtube.com/watch?v=V650sJTut5w.
