You won't find this except as a specialist item. These type of phones do exist, but they are for "special needs" users such as small children, the elderly and people with a physical challenge. This means you will pay much more for them than for a regular but few-featured cellphone.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
