Very little found in my searches about Las Vegas. If you still don't have enough I would suggest scanning directly some of the websites of any local university or business to see if anything is maybe there but blocked from search engines. Alternatively, perhaps you could contact local universities/colleges and see if anyone can send you any info about their cloud computing etc.Not sure if that would work for casinos - some seem like they don't talk about their computer systems with the public perhaps for security.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
