I am looking for opinions on Verizon Wireless for my cell phone provider. I currently have ATT and don't like them. cont?
Getting desperate so have to do something soon and don't want to jump into another 2 yr nightmare! .
2 Hard to give any practical help, not knowing exactly where you are. Here's what I would do. You've got to find a friend, co-worker, or relative with Verizon, and get them out there where you live, and see what kind of call and receive they actually get.To be thorough you'd want to do that with any carrier you are considering.
And speaking of ATT, everyone hates them! That's why Apple has shot itself in the foot with their over-rated iPhones by making ATT the locked in service. You should have heard the howls that went up from the Macintosh Nation when that was anounced!
As to the model of phone, well that's too personal and depends too much on the options you want and need for a recommendation from me. Good luck.
The last time I did 'research' a couple months ago, it seemed to be the best choice and user reviews seemed to be high. I am in a semi country area that has hills not Mountains or at least not real high where I can see. I believe the area I am in is considered to be good.
What experiences have you had with Verizon-good and bad please! I am tired of getting 'lousy' providers and have trouble getting an receiving calls. Especially since this is our 'primary' phone right now!
I initially had Nextel, then went to TMobil, Then Cingular but they switched to ATT right after I changed. It was good while still with Cingular, then it went downhill after! I have lived in different locations but have always come to the place we live now with the phones and ATT seems to be the worse of all of them.
I have had at least 3 phones go bad on me during a 2 yr contract with them! Both my b.f. And I now need new phones and a new service, Need some good advice on which service please.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
