I am on LTD and receive SS Disability, recently I start drawing pension from prior employer and now LTD cut amt of pens?

When I applied for my GM pension at age 60, GM pays a supplement on their pension until age 62. I was not eligible for the supplement due to the fact I was already receiving Social Security. The combination of 60% of LTD, Social Security and GM pension does not equal what my pre disability gross salary was.

Employees(salaried) that currently work at Rolls Royce-active employees are eligible to draw their GM pensions if age eligible so why should I be penalized by LTD for drawing the pension. Please help! Snugharbor 58 months ago.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
