I am pregnant with my second baby and my hair seems to be dry and lifeless, what can I do?

I am sorry to hear your hair looks lifeless right now. My first questions are if you are taking prenatal vitamins and if you are eating a well balanced diet. Baby or pregnancy can take a lot out of us.

See if your doctor recommends a prenatal vitamin. Try to eat a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water, if possible. Are you in a good mental place?

Stress can actually cause our hair to look dull or even fall out. Take care of yourself and keep your mind healthy and happy. All that being said, here are some more suggestions.

Deep condition the hair once a week. Purchase a deep conditioning packet which is indeed different than everyday conditioners. It is more moisturizing.

Once a week shampoo and then apply the deep conditioner. Grab a magazine and let it sit on the hair 6 to 10 minutes. When done rinse with warm water and then let the final water that runs over your hair be cold.

This will seal the cuticles for more of a healthy vibrant look. Lastly, get your ends trimmed. It is nice to get the ends trimmed every couple months.

This can liven your hair up as well! Best of luck to you.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
