I am sixty, should I move money from my 401k to a roth or IRA so that I pay the taxes now while I am still working?

If you are still working and your 401(k) is with your current employer, you can not transfer the 401(k) to an IRA or a Roth IRA. You must be retired, laid off, terminated or have quit work to allow you to move the 401(k). You can move 401(k) plans from previous employers, but not your current one.
